Kelm Power Systems in Friendswood, TX

Serving Friendswood

Friendswood straddles the Galveston and Harris county line, with Clear Creek winding through the city and a mostly residential, tree-lined character.

Kelm Power Systems provides standby generator installation, service, maintenance and monitoring for homeowners in Friendswood. We’re a local, family-run part of Kelm Home Services, based in Santa Fe, and the licenses behind the work are held by owner Clint Kelm: TECL #21849, TMEL #510665, RMPL #41051, RRC LP-Gas #EXE-0016376.

What to know about Friendswood homes

• In newer subdivisions, HOA guidelines and lot clearances can affect where a generator can go. We plan placement with that in mind.
• Where flood exposure is a concern, we look at raising the generator on an elevated stand, as you can see in many of Kelm’s own install photos.
• Families who work from home or rely on powered medical equipment often choose whole-home coverage to keep life normal during outages.
