Kelm Power Systems in Santa Fe, TX
Standby generator installation, service, maintenance and monitoring for homes in Santa Fe and the rest of Galveston County.
Serving Santa Fe
Santa Fe is Kelm’s home base. The city sits in western Galveston County along State Highway 6 and includes the communities of Alta Loma and Arcadia, with a mix of established neighborhoods and larger rural lots.
Kelm Power Systems provides standby generator installation, service, maintenance and monitoring for homeowners in Santa Fe. We’re a local, family-run part of Kelm Home Services, based in Santa Fe, and the licenses behind the work are held by owner Clint Kelm: TECL #21849, TMEL #510665, RMPL #41051, RRC LP-Gas #EXE-0016376.
What to know about Santa Fe homes
- Because we’re local, Santa Fe homeowners are close to the team that installs and services their generator, which matters most when a storm is on the way.
- Many properties here are outside natural gas service areas, so LP-gas (propane) generators are common. We size the tank and line for realistic run times.
- Where flood exposure is a concern, we look at raising the generator on an elevated stand, as you can see in many of Kelm’s own install photos.
Permits and inspections
Depending on where your home is, permits and inspections in the Santa Fe area are handled by the city or by Galveston County. We’ll tell you what your project needs and take care of it.
Nearby communities
We also work in Hitchcock, Dickinson, Alvin, League City and across Brazoria, Galveston and Harris counties.
